Under the heading “Ready. Set. Grow”, a new initiative is underway in North America to highlight the capability of Cummins Power Generation Energy Solutions Business in the greenhouse sector, where combined heat and power (CHP) is achieving wide recognition as an efficient and cost-effective solution. Conditions today are highly favorable for the adoption of CHP in North America, and Cummins Power Generation has the understanding and capability the greenhouse sector is looking for.

Launched in April, the North America greenhouse campaign is reaching out to growers and greenhouse consulting engineers with a multi-faceted marketing approach, incorporating a new Greenhouse Microsite, literature and mailings. Activities will run for six months through to the 2014 Canadian Greenhouse Conference in Niagara from 8-9 October.

The initiative is designed to focus attention on how CHP offers greenhouse growers an on-site, independent power system that generates profits and revolutionizes greenhouse efficiency.
